B19 CZV OCULAR
Indications:
Active immunization of cattle against brucellosis caused by B. abortus or B. mellitensis to prevent infection.
Composition:
B. abortus, live attenuated strain B19 (smooth phase) 4-7 x 10⁹ CFU

25, 50, and 100 doses
Administration and Dosage:
Dose: 1 drop (approximately 35 μI)
Administration: by ocular route. Administer a single dose (1 drop) for bovine females older than 3 months. In conditions of high prevalence (collective prevalence greater than or equal to 2.5%), animals can be revaccinated 2 months after receiving the first dose. When vaccination is planned to be combined with a testing and slaughter program, it should be restricted only to young replacement females between 3 and 5 months of age. Under conditions of low prevalence (collective prevalence less than 2.5%) a single dose of vaccine (1 drop) is recommended. In conditions of high prevalence (collective prevalence greater than or equal to 2.5%), animals can be revaccinated 2 months after receiving the first dose.
